This is an awful phone!

I'm on my third. The first one started acting up as soon as I set it up, and I had it replaced under warranty when it deleted biometrics. The frustration with this devices failures continued with the replacement. Apps freeze about 10 times a day "this is not responding. Close it o4 wait?" But the app is responding. I must select close or it will keep asking. The keyboard sticks. I've left a number as an example of what it does. The second broke because of the constant attitude adjustment it needed. There are not enough negative words in the English language to describe this awful phone! It will not show phone call for 5 seconds, so you don't know if you should reject or not. Many apps take 10 seconds to open and if you toggle through apps, like having to use a photo for information to enter into a banking app, if you toggle through, it will reset the banking app, and you have to enter the info again. I despise this phone!

Worst Phone I've Ever Had

This is my third Motorola phone and I loved the first two, but this one is absolutely horrible. It is, hands down, the worst phone I've ever had. Response time is unacceptably slow. It can literally take 10+ seconds for an app to load, for text messaging to open up or for the camera to turn on. Not sure if this is a lemon or if the phone is just that bad. Been using it for seven months and I'm beyond frustrated. Can't take it much longer so looks like it's time for a new phone. And it's definitely not going to be a Motorola.

Where can I get a replacement stylus?

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

After receiving phone noticed stylus was loose in holder but seemed to stay secured even with wiggles. Unfortunately, it fell out during a recent shopping trip. I need a new one but can't find replacement on Verizon site. Please help.

Worst phone I've had

I usually love Motorola phones. This phone is horrible. SLOW, unresponsive, poorly designed (speaker is on the bottom so when you use it with one hand you cover it up) garbage. The only reason for the two stars is that the camera is good. I've had it for four months now hoping it would grow on me but I think I'll be looking for some black Friday deals to just replace it.

Thought this would be a good update from the previous moto stylus. How wrong I was. This phone has major issues. Slow software, slow connectivity even on 5G. Slow everything. Must be something with the operating system, did not have this issue with the previous stylus I owned. Lets talk about the camera. DEFINITLY NOT as advertised. Kinda disappointed with the 5G version of this sylus.

poor connectivity

Have had this phone about six months. During all that time, I have had connectivity problems. Quite often it is slow to respond or connectivity is lost. Most of the time I only have 1 or 2 connect bars, whether it is 4g or 5g. I did not have this problem with my previous Motorola phone. Connectivity should be excellent and stable since I live downtown Fort Myers. FL.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

i am still getting into the phone, but so far so good. Was able to bring over contacts and other data to new phone without any trouble. Now I am learning how to set up new phone to my preferences. This takes time. I like the stylus a lot. I have tendency to fat finger my selections without it. Can be done but buttons on screen menus are small for my fingers. Happy with the change so far.
