I would like a refund. VERIZON completely ruined this for me. Signed up for the 2 year service on August 9th 2023, and according to XBOX Verizon cancelled my subscription. Called Affirm, account is in great standing, I’ve been on autopay, not them. Called Xbox “Verizon cancelled it and would need to reinstate it on their side”. Called Verizon, was on the phone for 4 total hours and spent most of the time explaining to their reps what this even was. They had no idea Verizon offered this, no idea how to find details, at one point I had to give them access to my phone so they could BELIEVE they even had this service. I went to a Verizon store, I spent almost 6 hours dealing with this to be told by VERIZON absolutely nothing. They had me on hold for 30 minutes plus on my last call and then just hung up. I’ve been with them for over 20 years and this is how they treat me. Thinking about moving to AT&T. I definitely want the $890.15 paid to Verizon refunded.

I contacted customer support when I purchased my Xbox as similar to everyone else my Xbox was missing the 24 months of game pass. Support told me to contact microsoft and microsoft told me to contact the seller. After a back and forth for a month verizon offered a 3 month Xbox trial while they figured everything out. 3 months went by and still nothing figured put so I contacted verizon back on the original email thread inquiring for an update. They did another 3 months which went by again with no answers. I contacted them again and they did a 6 month to which I asked of we can just do the other year this way and call it even. I got no response however there prior emails said these were in addition to the two years as a courtesy for what I was dealing with. Long story short we are at the one year mark of it not showing up and Verizon will not answer my emails or questions regarding this order as it's now to old. I will be following up with affirm and with my legal representative as this is a break in the terms outlined within my purchase "loan" from affirm.

It took me 5 months to redeem an Xbox series X promo offer. Verizon tried to say i didnt meet the requirements and also tried to "escalate" the issue and then tried to offer me $200 in account credit instead. Verizon sucks

Just like the other reviews, my Xbox did not come with the all-access pass activated. I've been told to call microsoft and affirm, but they note verizon has to be the one to activate the xbox. It will be 4 weeks since purchase and verizon has still been unable to activate it. I don't know how microsoft allows verizon to keep running this promotion when they don't deliver on their part to activate the equipment.

Their promotion is that this Xbox Series X includes a 24 month subscription to Game Pass Ultimate. The subscription is included into the total price. Come to find out when I received the Xbox, there was NO Game Pass card in the contents of the box. So I assumed the Game Pass was already installed or implemented on the Xbox itself, there was absolutely no way to redeem or claim the subscription. Talked to Microsoft and I had walked through the steps to see if I can redeem it and I was told it was issue on the retailers end. Absolutely nobody from customer support or the tech support seems to have a clue on how to give a simple 25 digit code for the Game Pass Ultimate on the Xbox itself or in the contents of the box. I had been on the phone for the past 2 days, hours on hold, just to go in circles. Do NOT get this product or accept this promotion. You’re better off buying from a store retailer and getting the console and paying for the subscription yourself. Absolutely poor customer service and terrible advertising on Verizon’s behalf. They expect people to pay the full $800 but not get what you paid for. Terrible way to keep a customer satisfied!

It says game pass is included but it is not included and it is not loaded on to the Xbox , then when contacting support they tell me I need to have Verizon wireless to get 24 months of game pass even though absolutely NO WHERE. Does it say anything about having Verizon wireless , 408$ value that they refuse to give me , not good way to start a relationship with a customer

Game pass is supposed to be included as part of the subscription for 24 months. I got it for 3 months. Took over a month to respond to give me one more month of access. Had to repeat this multiple times over the next few months. Found a resolution for 3 months, now no one is responding to my my emails at all. Just buy it outright and pay through Xbox. Verizon has made this a terrible buying experience

Xbox series x with ultimate game pass. Game pass not delivered. Supposed to be preloaded on Xbox. After troubleshooting with Verizon and Xbox it was determined it was not pre loaded. Now I've waited and am still waiting to hear back from Verizon with a 25digit pin for the ultimate game pass. Get it together Verizon. Or just don't try selling anything but phones if you can't handle the extra business. Someone with the authority needs to purchase two years of game pass ultimate and call me and give me the dang code to activate it. Been three months since my order I would appreciate getting what I paid for.
