In these myAccess terms ("Terms"), you'll find important information about myAccess, including our ability to make changes to myAccess or the myAccess Terms. "We", "our" or "us" refers to Verizon Wireless. "You" or "your" refers to you.
myAccess provides special offers and benefits, including the chance to claim Local Passes and purchase myAccess Presale tickets. Any information collected by us based on your participation in myAccess is governed by the Verizon Privacy Policy.
myAccess is separate from any other rewards or loyalty program previously or currently offered by Verizon wireless, and is subject to the Verizon wireless Customer Agreement. Any other rewards or loyalty program is governed by terms of that program.

Overview of myAccess
Eligibility for myAccess
myAccess is available for consumers residing in the United States (excluding the US territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands) with a smartphone or tablet on a postpaid account in good standing, except for lines with devices or plans meant for children under the age of 18, such as lines linked to Smart Family accounts or Disney Edition tablets. Managing Your Account
You can view your available offers and benefits from the My Verizon app or My Verizon online. By participating in myAccess, you agree that we may send you information about myAccess via email, mail, text or push notifications through the My Verizon app on your smartphone or tablet.
Offers and Benefits
Available offers and benefits are carefully selected just for you and may change at any time based on availability, geographical location and preferences. Each offer will have its own terms that apply, which may include an expiration date or require you to share information with the company providing the offer or discount. We are not responsible for any content or offers provided by any partner. The information you provide to the partner to claim or use an offer or benefit is subject to the privacy policy of the partner. When you claim and use an offer or benefit, you release Verizon wireless and all of its affiliates from liability for your claim and/or usage, and for your participation in myAccess. Some offers and benefits have additional terms. All account roles can claim and use offers, Local Passes and myAccess Presale tickets. Use of certain offers by a line member may require action by an account owner or manager.
myAccess Presale tickets
As part of myAccess, you will have early access to specified tickets before the general public, during the sales window indicated for each specific event. There is a limit of 4 Presale tickets per event date, unless the artist sets a lower limit. Presale tickets are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Purchasing a Presale ticket will not affect the ability to claim other offers or benefits.
Ticketmaster/Live Nation may require Presale registration prior to the presale going live. If you don’t register then you’re not permitted to purchase these presale tickets. Registering does not guarantee you will be selected, receive a code, or have the ability to purchase tickets.
In order to unlock the myAccess Presale tickets, you must first authenticate on the ticket seller website using your Verizon wireless login credentials. Once authenticated, you must log in to an existing ticket seller account or create a new one to purchase Presale tickets. Tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, and fees set by the ticket seller. Verizon is not liable for replacing any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets or event passes. Tickets are fulfilled by the ticket seller, subject to availability and may be changed or revoked at any time. See the ticket seller website for full terms and conditions.
While Verizon provides access to the Presale tickets on the ticket seller website, Verizon does not own, develop or control the ticket seller website or any content or third party links included on it and ticket seller’s policies apply to your use of their website.
myAccess Select Seats tickets
Verizon Select Seats tickets ("Select Seats ticket" or "Select Seats tickets") are exclusively available to eligible Verizon customers with Verizon postpaid mobile accounts ("Select Seats ticket Holders"). Verizon mobile account users, including line members associated with the accounts, are eligible to purchase Select Seats tickets as long as they meet eligibility requirements.
Select Seats ticket Holders are subject to the rules, terms, conditions, and purchase fees set by the official ticket seller (Ticketmaster/Live Nation), and/or the venue, as applicable. Tickets are fulfilled by the official ticket seller and subject to availability and may be changed or revoked at any time.
By purchasing Select Seats ticket(s), you agree to abide by any venue health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but are not limited to; wearing masks, completing a health survey and/or temperature check, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from, or relating in any way to, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness - including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted - and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Verizon and any ticket providers relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
Select Seats tickets are subject to availability. Selects Seats tickets will be offered through myAccess until they are sold out or for a specific number of days prior to the live event, as determined by the artist. The final date for Select Seats tickets will be determined by the artist.
The maximum number of tickets an eligible Verizon customer may purchase will be determined by the artist. This limit includes both Presale and Select Seat ticket purchases. For example, if the ticket limit is four (4) tickets and two (2) are purchased during a Presale event, then a maximum of two (2) Select Seats tickets may be purchased, thereby totaling 4 tickets). Please note, this is per event within the tour. The Select Seats ticket limit can be found on the Ticketmaster website after the eligible Verizon customer has been transferred from myAccess to Ticketmaster during the sales process.
All Select Seats ticket sales are final. Resale of tickets is prohibited, and they may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for cash, merchandise or services. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless otherwise noted.
Local Passes
Local Passes are offers for certain entertainment and sporting events located around the country. Local Passes can also include special access to events that are limited in quantity. All account roles, including line members, are eligible to claim Local Passes. Local Passes may only be claimed once every six (6) months, while high-value Local Passes may only be claimed once every twenty-four (24) months, per account. Local Passes are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
Local Passes have no cash value or equivalent, and may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or substituted for cash, merchandise or services. If you list a Super Ticket for sale, or sell a Super Ticket, the tickets will be forfeited and voided. If, after claiming the Super Ticket, the Super Ticket becomes unavailable, we, in our sole discretion, may substitute a Super Ticket of similar or greater value. Transportation to/from the event is not included. Event date and times, and seating are determined at our sole discretion and are subject to change. If you or your guest(s) cannot attend on the specified event date, the Super Ticket will be forfeited. We are not liable for replacing any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, event passes, or offer codes. If the event, or any events in connection with it, do not take place as scheduled, or are canceled for any reason, including due to Acts of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, and floods), acts of terrorism, civic disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster, that portion of the Super Ticket will not be offered and no additional substitution or compensation will be provided. Any applicable federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the Super Ticket are your sole responsibility. We may be required to report taxable amounts to the appropriate taxing authority.
You and your guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable terms, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, venue regulations, Super Ticket terms and conditions, and any other terms and conditions listed on the back of the ticket. You and any guest(s) attending a Super Ticket event must be 18 or older, or must be accompanied by an adult, unless otherwise stated in the specific Super Ticket terms. Must be twenty-one (21) or over to drink alcohol at the event(s). We and the venue reserve the right to deny entry to, or remove you and your guest(s) from the venue if you or your guest(s) engage in disruptive behavior with no further compensation or liability of any kind to you or your guest(s) (as applicable). Neither we nor the venue shall have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with any Super Ticket provided as part of myAccess and/or any person's participation in the event or related events. Use of the Super Ticket and/or attendance at the event and related events constitutes your permission for us and our agencies to use yours or your guest's name(s), comments and/or likenesses and photos in advertisements and social media for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation to you or your guest(s), unless prohibited by law.
Termination or Changes to myAccess
If you terminate your Verizon wireless Account, you will lose any saved myAccess offers and other benefits. We may monitor your myAccess activity for compliance with the Terms. We can suspend or terminate your myAccess access at any time. You may lose previously claimed offers or benefits or the ability to claim new ones if your Verizon wireless account status changes, you fail to make payments on your Verizon wireless account, we suspect fraudulent activity, you sell any tickets or Local Passes you receive from myAccess, or we make changes to myAccess. We may change these Terms at any time, with or without notice. By claiming offers or otherwise participating in myAccess, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept to be bound by the Terms. Verizon reserves the right to modify, delete or otherwise change any of these Terms in our sole and absolute discretion, without further notice or compensation to you, and you waive any right to receive specific individual notice of such modifications. Verizon reserves this right even if such changes affect the value of any offers or benefits already accumulated and may cancel offers or benefits already accumulated and/or awarded. This means that Verizon may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, how offers and/or benefits are earned or used. This also means that myAccess and any of the associated benefits may be modified or canceled by Verizon at any time.
Any updates to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting at https://www.verizon.com/support/myaccess-legal/. You may access the Terms on the My Verizon app to review changes to myAccess or the Terms. If you continue to claim offers or benefits after myAccess or the Terms change, it means you are accepting the changes to myAccess and the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
You and we agree to limit claims against each other for damages or other monetary relief to direct damages. This limitation and waiver will apply regardless of the theory of liability. This limitation of liability also applies if you bring a claim against the companies providing offers or benefits, to the extent we would be required to indemnify those companies against any claims. You agree we aren't responsible for problems caused by the company providing the offer or benefit, or the event sponsor, you, others, or by any act of God.
