Still having problems with network connection. Sometimes my cellular home phone doesn't work at all, sometimes it does. It hasn't worked since Sunday, 8/4, then today, 8/7, it's working. We're considering going back to a land line with Windstream.

1 Eligibility to port your home number varies. Service is not equivalent to landline phone service and not compatible with any home security systems. Customers must provide their own home or office phone equipment.
2 Based on average battery life under typical usage conditions. Average expected performance based on typical use. Actual battery life depends on factors such as network, features selected, frequency of calls, and voice data, and other application usage patterns. Results may vary.
3 While the Wireless Home Phone does have a backup battery, if the landline phone to which the Wireless Home Phone is connected requires external electric power to operate, service (including the ability to make and receive 911 calls) will not be available during a power outage.
4 You will need at least moderate Verizon Wireless coverage throughout your location to properly use the Wireless Home Phone service. The Wireless Home Phone device is designed to provide coverage at your location that is consistent with other Verizon Wireless devices, but Verizon Wireless does not represent that Wireless Home Phone service will be equivalent to landline phone service.

need a little training on the home phone itself directions that come with it are not very easy the actual cost after fees is the about the same as my flip phone needs to be a little more "SENIOR FRIENDLY"

I ordered two home phone equipment from the Redmond store for two different addresses but one did not work. So, I had to take it to the Kirkland store to have the problem resolved. It turned out that the chip froze. Also, the rep. @ the Redmond store did not inform me that either I or someone else had to be at home to sign to receive the equipment. However, since I hadn't moved in yet, no one was there to sign for it. So, I've had to spend a lot of time contacting the post office & Verizon to get it. The frustrations, inconveniences and the waste of my time were totally avoidable had the representative informed me about this crucial piece of information. Despite all the frustrations, the equipment work fine now and the monthly service charge is very affordable.

We are using Verizon wireless LVP2 to connect home phone service. There is a persistent problem with static on line and service availability (error msg). Device, phone and wiring all switched but problem remains. Any suggestion.
