Hello, I never received any of the items I ordered. This is the second time I ordered accessories for my phone via the website and did not receive the items. I've also requested the order to be charged to my bill which previously, took a few months to remove. I've tried calling the 800 number listed on my invoice but after holding more than 30 minutes, I gave up.
