Battery life based on an everyday use of four play sound events and one Precision Finding event per day. Battery life varies with usage, environmental conditions, replacement battery manufacturer, and many other factors; actual results will vary.
³AirTag is splash, water, and dust resistant and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP67 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 1 meter up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Refer to the Safety and Handling documentation for cleaning and drying instructions.

Overpaid. I bought the four pack without doing my research thinking Verizon would sell them at a comparable price. Nope. $99.00 at the Verizon store. $79.00 at Best Buy. I feel I’ve been taken advantage of. Not nice. Shame on Verizon.

My luggage was lost on my flight to Dublin on 7/24/23. I was able to see that it was left in SF and when it arrived in Dublin. Also when it started moving to be delivered to me. Very helpful in notifying airline where it was.

Can an air tag be put in a car

An Apple AirTag can be left in the glove compartment, under a seat, hidden in the trunk or embedded anywhere in the interior. You can track a Bluetooth device via an app on your phone. The app can be used to find where you've parked (in case you forgot) or locate your car if it's been stolen ~Ivone

How far for a iPhone does the air tag have to be from the phone to pick it up

The AirTag does not need to be in proximity to your iPhone, as it will use other users' iPhones to help pinpoint your device. Your location data and history are never stored on the AirTag itself.
