I'm disgusted with Verizon. A rep at my local Verizon store assisted me on ordering my "free"X box bit it confirmed the order by charging me over $500. We contacted Verizon immediately, was told it was cancelled but the $500+ X box showed up. I've gotten nothing but a "run around" from Verizon when i call. It's all lies and untruths from Verizon. STAY AWAY....IT'S NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!!!

Great purchase and product. However the warranty only had 6 months active. Due to a processing error by Verizon as told to me by Microsoft. So be warned.

I had a slight delay in the reception of my console from Verizon. It was supposed to be sent to me in February but I just recently got it. That is besides the point. I spoke with 4 agents in Customer Care who assured me they would look into the matter. Never got a return call... finally, I called and spoke with a man named Darryl. That man treated me with such dignity and such respect, something I would call a class act. And he is definitely a one of a kind individual. People that strive to provide great service to their consumers makes an alarming difference. He exhibited every sign of being a leader, and someone who could handle a very stressful situation with ease and still have compassion for those around him. If it was not for him turning my whole mood around and even calling me back several days, explaining his work schedule and when he would be calling me specifically to where it was convenient on my terms, I was talking about cancelling my whole internet service. I hope that someone at Verizon reads this because that man needs some sort of recognition for being such a stand up guy. Truly was an honor to have him figure it out.

the xbox is great I love don’t get me wrong it’s amazing thank you! but also, we got this through our 5g Home internet promo… and it was almost as if verizon did not want to follow through with the promo and give us the xbox! I had to call multiple times over the course of 3 months and talk to 6 different representatives who all told me the same thing “wait 10 days and you will receive an email with instructions”. It was very frustrating, I was on hour calls and trying to claim the xbox promo and somehow for 3 months I got no email no help no updates no xbox.

So I can buy this outright on your website without HAVING to use affirm as it gives me an option TO BUY, but yet if I want to BUY one in store I have to go through affirm? I think that's ridiculous
