I needed a longer cable while I was in the hospital. The cable had just enough length to reach from the outlet to my bedside table.

Not happy that I was forced to buy a new phone so early. My S23 ultra was messed up, tried to return it because I pay for insurance. No dice, was told that I didn't qualify. They didn't have the same phone, forced to upgrade. Cost me about a grand. New phone also messed up. As a very longtime user, this is a first complete failure on verizons part. Now what? Old phone had charging problems, brand new S24 ultra also has charging problems. New phone didn't even come with any perks, no charger, no adapter, nothing. Also don't seem to have great service range, only 4G most of the time.

Doesn’t stay plugged in comes out very easy. And sometimes when it is plugged in it acts like it isn’t and won’t charge
