The new cord was not even needed; the issue was with the phone. Customer service rep insisted the old cord was bad, when, in fact the phone port was bad. Second visit to store, with a different rep, resulted in phone, which was only nine months old, being replaced; solving the problem. No offer to refund price paid for cord during earlier visit

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The service was excellent. The employees were efficient; they knew what they were doing - and they conducted themselves with smiles and in the most professional manner. It was much different than when I last visited the store. When I last visited, the experience was less than desirable. The employees were distracted, and it appeared as though I was a bother to them. I had also been annoyed that one of the store's managers had parked their vehicle in the front the of the store...in a space that is supposed to be saved for customers. But that was then. My last visit was perfect. Kudos to all.

Going to a location to select a product doesn't compare to the stress of doing this online. Recently I was forced to go "online" to validate my employee discount and after a frustrating hour and a half, I went to the location. You know what happened? The Verizon store staff couldn't help. They felt frustrated they couldn't help. I left and "mailed" the documents. "If it's not broken, don't fix it."

Great quality product. Sorry Apple doesn’t see fit to include a charger with the phone and sorry some lower end rental cars still only take USB or cigarette lighter chargers.

works with UISB-A ports and i am able to to charge my iPhone and my iPad that both have USB-C. my power strip has USB slots so this cable is the way to utilize those ports
