[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself is perfect. It fits well and appears lighter than previous versions. The new material should last longer, we will see. Nonetheless, I preordered it and when the due date arrived, my order was still pending. I reached out and it seemed my order was lost in the shuffle. The agent did a few searches and finally found my order. I received it a week later, I guess stuff happens, but everything was sorted out in the end.

poor design for finger recognition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought several of this style of case over the years have worked really well. The only problem with case is the area where you have to place your finger to unlock the iPad. It is far to tight and rather inconvenient to place your finger to unlock it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the near exact same predecessor to this model - the materials and build were near identical. It lasted poorly, especially as it was a ‘tough’ product. Dirtied quickly and material started tearing . Not overly impressed.
