I like my new iPhone but I will never step foot in a Verizon store again. They lost valuable information & told me I should have checked before leaving the store. I went to Apple & they retrieved everything for me. Your people are sales people & not people interested in helping others. I was rudely treated on my return to the store when told I couldn’t be helped. The sale was made & they did not need to help me further. Shame on your people at Verizon.

Instructions were vague considering how pricey it was. I had to YouTube to figure it out. An air bubble remains on the bottom left of the screen. Not very pleased with this product. I’ve purchased less expensive ones online from other vendors and they were much easier to install. I decided to give this product a try because I read good reviews. However, my experience with it is not what i was expecting. Disappointed!
