Feels much cheaper than the previous MiFi. And super interface is not intuitive.

Insanely expensive for something so simple. Perhaps it was the incompetency of Sierra Vista Verizon workers or Verizon is really a scam asking for over $300 to just set up and get a months worth of service for this puck and then pay for my next month in advance just to get a military discount “added” (aka I had to pay a fee that they would remove but only if I paid my next month of service. Such a headache I left confused, unhappy and like I had been fooled. I’m leaving Verizon in a hurry. Came back and returned the device the next day and got a $50 wifi puck with more than enough service from Best Buy. Verizon is a rip off and they do NOT support the military.

Good signal but burns your data

I got this to connect smart TV in motor home. Works great until you run out of data. 150gig per month is max you can get. Watching tv 4-5 hours per day at 720p I burned thru 150gb in 11 days. And you can't buy more data.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

It works really well. Easy to initiate and connect. Used for 8 hours straight with no issues.

It seems to work ok. If I am in my bedroom at the back of the apartment, with the hotspot in the living room and trying to watch videos on my phone, there are quite a few times when the buffering circle appears.

Might as well try to hotspot and forget TV 📺 we were forced out of out mobile home network after it fell over and stopped working do to bent charger cord. I was told i HAVE to have this device or go without. Well i have had it for two weeks and have still gone without.. thanks

Bad set up then faulty sim card

Our first Orbic worked like a champ for two years, then the screen went blank. So we bought another one on our way to Canada so we would have internet while there. The old jetpack worked great last year in Canada. But as soon as we crossed the border, NO SERVICE is all the screen said. We were on the phone with tech support 4 times. The first time they discovered the device had not been set up correctly. But still NO SERVICE. So after 3 more calls we were told to get a new sim card installed. THERE ARE NO VERIZON STORES IN CANADA. So we have been reduced to using our phone hotspot, which runs out of steam around 11am every day despite the technician's assurance that because of our issues, they would provide us with 100GB for free . We are getting Starlink and returning our Orbic for a full refund.

Order on 6/25 and it same day via FedEx two day delivery, $9.99 and received it on 7/11. I have my view on what happen, buy Verizon did NOT help or FedEx. Now I have, not sure I want it, in fact, was going to internet service, currently have ATT 1000, and the key word was!

Does it stop charging after its been plugged in for an extended amount of time?
