If you are connecting your devices to the hotspot via Wi-Fi, be sure that the Wi-Fi is set up correctly. The device also has a built-in automatic shut down when there is no activity for 10 minutes by default. You can either wake up the device by tapping the power button, or by changing the sleep time to a longer time or never go to sleep. Hope this helps. - Kevin.

We had one problem with the LinkZone 5g, so we called your tech support for help. The tech was very knowledgeable and discovered what our problem was and it was corrected. So far, we are very happy that we purchased this new hot spot.

I called because my new hotspot was not connecting. While I think this is a good hotspot and this is a Verizon issue, I'm frustrated I've had it for a month and haven't been able to use it. My issue was not resolved and I have not heard from the elevated technical ticket.

I spoke with 3 employees at Verizon, trying to cancel an order. On all 3 occasions I was told the order was canceled. But, lo and behold, FedEx delivered the item, I refused delivery and now it is sitting in FedEx’s warehouse, and has been for 7 days. I’m going to have to dispute the charges, via my bank. Customer service is lousy to non-existent.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The linkzone is easy to configure and has good range. make sure to turn off usb and ethernet access for longer battery life. the service with 5g is fast, however they promiseed me 6000kbps after 50gig of 5g and they have delivered only60kbps this is like having a dial up modem.... hello aol i can here you now! lol.... why i cant have 5g unlimited for the same price as at home is stupid on verizons part

This product has been updated and set for 4 g only, because we have no 5 g here. If there are two devices connected with wifi, the data flow will stall. My last hotspot never had this issue.

Will this work in my car and will it hook up to apple /android play

Hello, most Apple CarPlay and Android Auto features are not standalone, and they will only work with your phone apps. The Linkzone is a device that allow devices to connect to it via Wi-Fi or USB cable, but it does not have any apps like your phone. Therefore, the setup from your car to the Linkzone may not work. You would need to have a smartphone. Please check your system's setup configuration. Hope this helps. - Kevin.

Can the sim card be taken out and put into a router?
