Terrible connectivity and speeds in 5G

Always disconnects randomly. Even when using it with Ethernet. Full bars of 5G signal then drops out of no where to lose connection. 10/10 don’t waste your money. Better off sitting out front of a McDonald’s using there WiFi.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I like it, but I need a new charger block and cord… it never charges over 60%. I don’t see a way to get a replacement.

I knew that the device was going to be a disappointment, but I was in critical need of a hotspot. The device provides adequate bandwidth, but is very slow to boot-up, disconnects randomly and even is slow to shut down. But I doubt that there is anything better on the market.

Not a seamless experience. The activation was so hard and the software did not work. Had to call in for help. The unit would not turn on the second time we powered it. White flashing light but no display. In the ten days we’ve had it, it’s: powered off the display and got stuck, lagged in connections, didn’t recognize devices —wish our old MIFI 4510L, which we had for close to 15 years, still worked.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Does exactly what I needed it to do which was get us good Wi-Fi if we were camping and in an area that had decent Verizon Network coverage. We use it in the car too when driving kids to and from activities and they need access with multiple devices to streaming services. I was nervous because of the reviews that it wouldn't work well but I've had no problems and have used it in multiple places. I'm glad I took a chance.

The Verizon customer service number is completely unuseable. The phone tree runs you around in circles until you hang up in frustration. When I call its because I have an issue no phone tree can solve. You want good customer service reviews, get a live operator to answer the phone!

How does the device work? Will my phone receive good signal strength in places that Verizon currently does not have adequate data in an area? Example…my cabin, i have to drive 20-30 minutes to get one bar of service. Will i be able to have service?

How does this device compare to using the 'HotSpot' on my phone? Will it be the same speeds or will this MiFi be faster?
