Order two, one works perfectly the other will not keep a charge or turn on. Returning and hoping for a replacement as the device is 7 days old. Two other cousins have them and they have held up very well. We will see!

Horrible battery life, drops calls and glitches.

1. Only one designated emergency contact can be called, which the parent establishes during device setup, and which the parent can update in the GizmoHub app.
2. This information can be accessed on the device by pressing the SOS button and selecting the Medical ID option.

Tried to upgrade from our old Gizmo, which worked fine enough but was cracked, and it wouldn't activate. Spent hours on the phone with customer service (mostly on hold while they "worked on their end") and never got the issue resolved. Was forced to pay off the new device that NEVER WORKED ONCE. Good luck if you purchase one.

Watch does not stay charged long at all. It is easy for my 8yo to navigate and use, but also overheats with a short bike ride.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This is a cute first time smart watch with calling possibilities. My only downside is that you can only have 10 contacts and in order to text you have to download an app, instead of using the basic text messaging app.

I’ve had this watch for 4 months and wish I returned it during the return window. This is such a waste of money! The battery dies quickly, the calls constantly have trouble connecting and when they do, the quality is horrible. They freeze, drop, sound distorted, you name it. It doesn’t not automatically answer like it claims. The tracking feature drains the battery so fast and the location is not totally accurate. This watch is nice in concept but in reality, it sucks! I wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

Does it play music and have bluetooth?

No. GizmoWatch Disney Edition does not have Bluetooth and does not have a music player. Gizmo Watch 3 and Gizmo Watch 3 - Adventure do have Bluetooth, but only to use with earbuds for phone calls.

Yes. Kids can use their Gizmo to call only their trusted contacts. Parents can add, remove and manage trusted contacts in the GizmoHub app.
