I just received the Galaxy Go a couple of months as replacement for a stolen laptop. I was so happy with the upgrade until it went completely dead and I now can not get it to charge.

Not suitable for todays tech life

Can’t download certain apps can’t connect to my printer and just a badly set up laptop smh. Wanted to use this for business and definitely can’t do that at all.

Not happy basic computer

I'm not too fond of it It is not a touch screen I did not realize it was not Windows not even used it.. I needed it for work our CRM will not operate on Chrome and any other computers the store I can get to does not have any other pc's

Using this laptop always feels like a lot of work because it loads everything very slow, whether you are clicking a button on the screen and it needs to direct you to a different page, or even just web browsing. Keep this in mind, as it does only have 4 gb of ram, but I got it from the verizon sign up offer so I will likely use it to leave a show playing. It is lightweight which is a benefit, although it isn't very strong. It can be a backup to have for things like working on a document for example, but other than that, not really.

I would not buy this laptop.

I highly recommend not getting this laptop. I only got it because it was a free reward, but I see now I should have gotten the other reward. Honestly, Verizon should pay you to use this laptop. You can’t download hardly anything on it. No pc games will work on this, unless it works with their program. Every time I tried to use it for something I was met with a million popups saying you can’t play this or you can’t download this. Save yourself some time and look at another laptop. I ended up bringing to Best Buy in hopes of getting something back for it and ended up giving it to them to get recycled for nothing.
