Perfect except for a specific scratch

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

First, the phone works perfectly- this is purely cosmetic. I would not have considered it “very good condition” as there was a scratch on the front screen. It wouldn’t have made a difference if the scratch was anywhere else. With the scratch on the front screen it is highlighted when a glass protector is place on the phone.

Upon arrival the phone was dead like a brick, after being placed on charger the phone then began to get so hot that I couldn’t hold it. I unplugged it and from the 56% it dropped to 22% in less than 2-3 mins I hadn’t even had enough time to even set up the phone to my account without it starting to show the sign on the screen stating that it was too hot to work and I needed to let it cool. Well the only way to let it cool was leave it off of the charger and the charger was the only way to get it charged because it was dead. It’s been an awful experience and I think I still try to use the phone every once in a while but out of a 24 hour period day I use it for maybe combined not even an hour Plus, they still haven’t sent me a replacement and even tried to make me pay for a brand new one when I called customer service within less than an hour of it arriving to tell her what was going on and instead she tried to sell me on a new line and a new device and never once even attempted to really help me with this one which is why we never were able to come to something I’m assuming

My last CPO phone purchase was great. I purchased a CPO (Very Good condition) iPhone 12 Pro Max and it appeared to be in acceptable condition out of the box. My first issue was that the phone was not properly cleaned. There was also minor screen damage, and is randomly trying to setup my Applewatch like a new watch.
