We're sorry for the inconvenience caused you and we understand that this should not behave like this, TKelly. Allow us to help. Can you confirm if this happens at every location? Have you tried to remove and re-insert the SIM card? Please try to reset network settings, this will remove all network settings, including saved WiFi networks and Bluetooth connections. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options> Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > Touch Reset Settings. Then turn off/on your phone and see if it has the same thing. Please note that this will reset all network settings including Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, and Bluetooth and you may need to reconnect and re-pair your device. Here are the steps that you can follow:1. 2. Click on System and tap Advanced.

Is there any issue with this phone working internationally, Spain and Portugal primarily?
