A little lacking in ram but what it lacks there it makes up for in durability. This thing took a tumble off the roof of my car at 40mph and the screen protector was the only thing majorly damaged. Phone still works perfectly fine

I have to call samsung may need a replacement device the speaker phone os horrible. The sound goes in and out and the person cannot hear me on the other end. Otherwise seems pretty good.

At this point not to sure about the phone. I have not been zapped by my very first phone BUT my husband's new phone kept zapping him and we took it back and got another new phone and it has zapped him once already. SO , not sure yet.

The phone is ok just a basic phone. We paid the young man 29.99 to transfer everything from the old phone to the new one. However it took a long time we had to leave and come back and the transfer was not complete. Whe n we went back to get help with it basically they were of no help didnt seem to care so I feel we wasted out $29.99

This phone has critical flaws that prevent it from working as intended. It aggressively shuts down apps, even after adjusting settings. If you like to listen to Spotify or Audible, and use another app at the same time, forget it. It frequently kills the audio app, forcing you to leave whatever else you are doing to start playing music again. Then you find the app you are going back to has already been killed, forcing it to reload. Then it will work for a little while before a notification comes in, killing the sound all over. In fact, if you like to switch between apps at all, just be warned that almost 100% of the time the app will have to completely reload, even checking a text message causes this behavior. It is dreadfully slow. I have missed phone calls because the UI wouldn't respond to let me answer. I occasionally have to go inside a building without cell coverage. When I leave, the phone will not reconnect to cellular automatically. I have to do a complete reboot in order to get the phone to perform it's main function. Do NOT buy. I've had mine for a month, and am trading it back in this week.

Ive had my phone for 2 days, bought at Walmart, lol and got Straight Talk Silver plan. Neither my BF or I are able to get group chats (which i have to do with my job) and cant receive pics at all nor send them. Support was no help
