If there was a zero review that's what I'd give it. You shipped me a phone that could not be activated then after hours of phone conversation sent me to a corporate store. 8hrs later I was charged a restock fee. For a phone you sent me!! Unbelievable.

Love the process of purchasing a certified preowned phone. Really appreciated the options that we had available including the cosmetic qualities of the phone. If you have a younger child or someone who is prong to damaging their phone, it’s nice to know that you can get a cheaper option because of some cosmetic imperfections, at the same time, it was nice to see that if you want some thing of better, cosmetic quality, that is also something that you can order.
