The new phone you sent me totally malfunctioned after costing me 3 hours to setup with crappy chat support then another 2+ hours of moving all back to my old phone in store. Shameful, poopy experience.

I’m very happy with this phone. It’s small, like my previous one and fits the holster I have. It has a very good processor and more hen adequate storage

The iPhone12 mini, doesn’t work without Wi-Fi. It doesn’t take you to a screen right away. It’s hard to get the screen to go from black to on. I’ve always had a phone that was quick and easy to use, but not this one.

I recently purchased this phone and I am very happy it so far. It’s is pre owned so the battery drains a little faster I have noticed but it not a drastic difference, the battery life is still very good. It’s just a slight difference from my other phone that had a really good battery life. It was also in very good condition, it had one very small scratch on the metal part of the bottom of the phone which is hardly noticeable and I knew when I bought the phone that it make come with slight marks. Overall very happy and in the future I will definitely purchase pre owned again from Verizon.

I’m trying to get an iPhone 12/13 mini that is as close to brand new as possible and with the description so vague I would like to know if it comes with original packaging and how much damage do the highest quality option have as I’m extremely OCD on this

The Certified Pre-Owned devices are packaged like a new phone with the same accessories. When looking at the Great condition, the device is fully functional and in great condition. The casing and screen may show some super light scratches or scuffs, but this does not affect your ability to use the phone and connect to the Verizon network. -Lauren
