Phone sucks. It came messed up with scratches on it and real laggy.

Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
FaceTime: FaceTime calling requires a FaceTime-enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi-Fi connection. Availability over a cellular network depends on carrier policies; data charges may apply.
Emergency SOS via Satellite: Available in November 2022. Service is included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 model. Phone couldn’t be activated and the replacement sent couldn’t be delivered. Though now I’m experiencing issues with the iPhone 12 on my account not working properly

Battery drains fast and for it to be at least a year old the battery life should not be at 90% max capacity.

I was kind of skeptical at first but I’m happy I made the decision to try a refurbished I LOVE IT , no issues so far and the phone itself is in GREAT condition.

Slow do not buy. And they kept my phone and threw it a way that I sent them for trade I they and did not give me credit on my account caus

I sent them my note 20 utra brand new for a trade in and they would not give me my money for trade IN! And They siad it took to long for delivery in the mail was And they would not even send my phone back to me just kept it told me they disposed of it when I asked for it back! IPhone 14 PRO MaX is very slow on the inter net and lags to pull up picture it’s all most as fast as a lg stylo 2!

Honestly, I’m very impressed and surprised I haven’t had any issues. I love it so far. If you’re considering getting it, get it!! Was hesitant at first, but glad I got it. Pretty much came brand new, I couldn’t tell a difference that it was refurbished. Looks and works amazing!
