Never received phone, UPS wouldn’t deliver due to signature requirement. Spent hours on chat with Verizon “support”, trying to change my delivery. Got nowhere, couldn’t reach a rep by phone. Still waiting for confirmation of order cancellation, still being charged, still have no phone. Extremely frustrated. Considering new carriers.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

the reason I bought this phone is it was the last Iphone with a home button. So far so good. Just wish it was a little bigger like my previous Iphone 8 plus.

For a cheap iPhone it’s great! I don’t need the newest fanciest one on the market! It literally does just about the same as the new one! Maybe not as great of a camera from far away but still great!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Very happy with our new phone so far, user-friendly interface, easy setup. Especial props to verizon for associating it with the right phone number, which in the past has always struck me as the hardest part of setup. By giving verizon instructions as to what phone number to pair with this phone, it arrived ready to go and we didn't have to worry about SIM card, etc.
