We have articles available titled "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature", "Galaxy phone or tablet is not staying on or charging", and "Connect your Galaxy phone to a car". You can also adjust the settings of your device to prevent software updates from automatically downloading and only download when prompted.
