I love my IPhone 15. The camera is awesome and all the extras are nice, since I upgraded from an IPhone 11. BUT from the very 1st day, it over heats. When I was downloading it form my 11, it kept telling me of a delay because of overheating. I spoke with a representative through live chat and was told they would send another one. It’s been some time, now, and I have not gotten it. I’ve needed this one, so I have to use it, and have just been very careful when it starts to heat. I turn it off. I highly recommend this phone, other than the problem I am having.

I’m so glad I took this deal, I needed an upgrade and my old service said I didn’t have one available. The IPhone 15 is so great, the screen is huge and there’s a lot of storage. I’m happy with this decision.

Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15) or 6.69 inches (iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Plus) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration; see apple.com/batteries for more information.

phone is great, service is not

the phone is great. the process of getting the phone was not. We ordered it on a Saturday and payed extra to have it the next day. We did not receive the phone until Thursday. We spoke to several customer service several times, including a supervisor who promised to contact UPS and get the phone to us by Wednesday (something she had no control over). While I don't know who lost the phone for several days (tracking just said ticket generated and then the phone didn't move for 3 days) in the end it's Verizon's responsibility to make sure orders are received timely and we were frustrated by the process. We also made sure someone would be at the house to receive the phone because it said a signature would be required but in the end UPS just dropped it at the door and left.

I've had the iPhone 15 for a little over two weeks now, and it's a significant upgrade from my XR. The battery life is outstanding, the bezels are much smaller, and the 60Hz display doesn't bother me at all. Plus, I really like the USB-C port!
