Some airlines and airports may have different restrictions on what you can and can’t bring with you on an airplane. Thanks for your question. You can connect the JBL PartyBox Encore Essential to to your TV via Bluetooth and a wired connection. However, we recommend connecting it to your TV using an AUX connection to avoid audio-video delays or latency instead of Bluetooth. You may need a DAC (digital-to-analog converter) if your TV doesn't have an AUX output to achieve this setup. While this is technically possible, our PartyBox isn't designed to provide the same audio-video experience as the soundbars.

Thanks for your question. Our JBL Partybox Encore Essential has an IPX4 which can withstand water splashes from any direction. However, the unit is not waterproof.

Two of our JBL PartyBox Encore Essentials can be connected via TWS mode by simply pressing the TWS button on both speakers. To exit TWS mode: Power off or press TWS on either speaker.
