Charges my phone's quickly and charges itself impressively fast for its capacity. The instructions (or lack thereof) makes the first attempt using this very frustrating. Could easily be misinterpreted as if the product was broken.
So far so good, it's been in my truck all winter and I've charged and used it a few times. No issues.

i got 2 of these and one does not charge my phone so i will be sending the defective one back. I am not happen with the money I spent for 2 and I have to send one back because it does not charge my phone

I purchased this about 3 months ago and honestly am regetting it now. It was awesone at first, but a few weeks ago the two 20w output ports stopped functioning, the USB and USB C. I figure it's only a matter of time before the other ones stop working rendering it completely useless. If not for that.... this would have been perfect to keep on hand at work... and I actually purchased two of these for that purpose. I really expected more for the price.

Thanks to the new standard of USB-C cables, having two ports being USB-C is perfect! The fast charging 60W port is perfect for my larger more powerful items (like a switch, steam deck, or rapid charging for a smartphone) meaning I am fully charged that much quicker!

The USBC Outlets are just slightly out of spec — my Apple USBC to lightning cable will charge but wont snap into place — the cable doesn’t fully secure and easily falls out if disturbed.
Given that this is a core function of the device I have a hard time giving it a good review.

THE PRODUCT WAS GOOD, BUT THE MAIN REASON FOR PURCHASE WAS TO CHARGE MY LAPTOP WHILE ON THE GO AND THAT FEATURE WAS NOT OPERABLE.
